At that particular time we had challenges with staffing, COVID and a number of projects all happening at the same time. Whilst we did reschedule a couple of visits you also cancelled, which also delayed our site inspection. The technician did provide all information back to the office to process your quotation but seems this was never sent to you. If you are still wanting a quotation from us, feel free to give the office a call and we would be more than happy to send this through. Have great day.
