Beware NBN Scammers!

We are aware of some service providers that are currently targeting the Newcastle and Hunter area through cold calling, trying to convince you that either your existing telephone system, telephone lines or both are incompatible with the NBN and need to be replaced.

Whilst this may be true in some cases most of the time this is simply incorrect. One of our customers was convinced this was the case and contacted us and asked why the system we recently upgraded needed to be replaced. Both the telephone system and existing telephone lines were not affected by the NBN rollout.

Beware of these unscrupulous operators and if you are uncertain contact us for an honest evaluation of your NBN readiness.
